Welcome to my website! I am a Tuscan chef, I spent most of my time coking or teaching people how to cook. Since some years ago, I began travelling, in order to carry my cuisine everywhere in the world. Tuscany is not any land. Very ancient seeds have been planted in my land thousands of years ago to make us look for grace and beauty with all means: we Tuscans are done this way. Whatever we will do, we shall do it looking for beauty, grace, harmony and God’s glory. If you would like to taste a traditional customised menu, vegetarian or kosher, it is possible to get in touch with me to create it together, based upon your taste and desire.
I prepare the recipes of Tuscan tradition, my way. I prepare vegetarian (or vegan) food, my way. I prepare kosher, my way. I can prepare food for few people or for lots of them, always my way. I only use the best local ingredients, selected my way.
From the famous Florentine steak p to the recipes with coastal fish, Tuscan cuisine lacks for nothing! My menus are never short of traditional dishes!
Tuscan tradition includes many vegetarian and vegan recipes, since it does originate from a country cooking. Therefore, it is quite simple to create a great Tuscan menu completely vegetarian or vegan.
From the large and historical Jewish communities from Florence, Livorno and Pitigliano, we did inherit a huge heritage of local recipes, that mix Tuscan cookery traditions with compliance for kosher rules.
