All sessions and cookery course I conduct can be completely customised based upon my guests requests and desires. Beside my proposals, it is therefore possible to request, propose ideas, request theme based menus or courses – variable according to recipes, duration and language. My cookery courses are conducted at industrial kitchens and partner restaurants, but can be organized everywhere in the world even at private residences, clubs and cultural and sport organizations, cookery schools.

Italian cookery sessions (half day) lasting 3-4 hours intended for foreign guests.
Fresh pasta courses
Courses entirely dedicated to the production and creation of fresh and stuffed pasta (3-4 hours).
Intensive private sessions
Intensive private sessions in Italian, English and Portuguese, according to theme, men, type of cuisine.
Training for kitchen staff to delivery special and dietary menus.
