Partners & Locations

I have been cooperating since some years with some restaurants, cookery schools and wine cellars, where I cook or teach how to cook to private individuals and professionals.

This allows me to have many locations where I perform. I have very tights bonds with some of them especially with those located in Tuscan, with which I have been cooperating since many years on a continuous basis, either in the country or on the coast. However since many years I also have some location around the world, where I have the chance to set up some events, cookery courses,, show cooking or dinners. In particular in the USA, Brazil and Australia, I have the option to get some help from some long standing partners and locations o offer my services as a chef.

Since some years I have been teaching at the Scuola di Alta Cucina Cordon Bleu di Firenze.

In Trentino Alto Adige, I cook at the restaurant Antica Osteria di Ossana.

Quite often I have been coking at San Paolo in Brazil, Sidney in Australia and at Greeley in Colorado, USA.

Beside these "fixed" locations, I travel around the world, for show cooking, events, top class gastronomy fairs, sport teams cooking, cooperation with other chefs and many private dinners.
